"My army of cheerful candy monsters, dolls, even hot tea surrounds me but nothing distracts that emptiness away.My heart too swollen to be placed back to where it belongs but I know, time will heal..."

I'm proud to present DepthCORE's latest chapter "TIME".
My piece titled "Time will heal" is a sad piece of artwork but I enjoyed making it so much. It looks like a happy, cheerful piece at one glance but when you look carefully at the center, there's a grey glow coming from the center of the empty heart. I'm trying to show that we always appear strong from the outside and that we tell others that we are alright. But in actual fact, we're not.

It's normal to feel upset and heartbroken.

I was angry and disappointed. I shouldn't be feeling this way. Where's the love? It took me awhile to realize that its gone. Cry if you must. Scream. Throw plates on the floor. Its fated they had to cross your path but can't stay in your life. Its a lesson learned, painful but necessary. For one to cry like this, you must have loved a person so much at some point of your life. That's enough for me to keep in my memories.

Remember those who stood by you when you're at your lowest. There's nothing more important than family and friends.

For those whos gotten your heart broken, my candy monsters (and me) just wants you to know, everythings' gonna be ok. Time will heal and you'll stand up taller and stronger when the storm is over.
