"Taking a break and exploring the place I call 'My Wonderland'..."

That's me sitting with the rabbit and enjoying the wonders of this magnificent place. Accompanying us are the doormouse and Cheshire Cat. We're suppose to be on our way to see the Mad Hatter. There's just so much to see and explore!

In my perfect wonderland, everything is vibrant,cheery and colourful. I am the only 'real' subject in there. A very 'paperdoll' feel. I had a lot of fun creating this piece of illustration, being a big fan of Alice in Wonderland.

(I even gave myself her cute gloves/hand warmers)

I absolutely love the movie. This contest got me really excited as well. I had to take part. I'm glad I did. ^_^

I just read the fact that it was an actual contest.....I CERTAINLY don't mean to put down ANYONE else's art, the 3 winners pieces are very cool....However, I have to be completely honest, I'm quite shocked that Caramelaw didn't end up in the top 3!! It TRULY belonged there in my eyes, AGAIN, I'm not talking about anyone else's work, everyone that won I'm sure deserved to win and are VERY special talented artists. This one just happens to be my favorite and not only that, the work she did here is remarkable......It should of placed......Thanks for allowing me to voice my opinion.....What a COOL contest!!!

This piece was done a while back and honestly, I took part just for the fun of it. I wasn't really hoping to win or anything.

Perhaps the Judges at Disney were looking for a certain kind of look and my artwork is just too over-the-top. lol It was still lotsa fun!

Sheena, I haven't seen this one before....It's SO INCREDIBLE that I am STILL trying to pick up my jaw off the ground!!! To see ur BEAUTIFUL face IN ur artwork, is just the coolest thing EVER!!! Ur work amazes me EVERY time I see it........Ur a special person and a REMARKABLE artist!!!!! Love Susan
